Why do you hate him? I think the character Mickey is really lovable. has Noel been in anythign other than Doctor Who?

He has been in a couple of other things... didn't he have a part in Casualty at one point? I think I need some Wikipedia-ness:
"He has appeared in several television programmes including Casualty and Metrosexuality. He has had recurring roles as Wyman Norris in the revival series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (2002–2004) and as Mickey Smith in the revival of the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who (2005-2006).
Clarke wrote the screenplay for the film Kidulthood, released on 3 March 2006. Later that month Doctor Who Magazine #368 revealed that Clarke was to be a member of the writing team of the forthcoming Doctor Who spin-off series Torchwood, he wrote episode 11 of series 1 - entitled Combat."

I can't believe he wrote an episode of Torchwood, i rather liked "combat". He's more talented that i thought.
